When the Strengths Video is complete with your personal characteristics, you will want to share it with the world. Especially because by choosing the template and background music for your video, you can show even more personalities. You have two possibilities:
Send your strength video yourself
Satisfied with your video? Then you can download it and send it together with your applications. If the application forms do not allow uploading, you can also send a link (e.g. to a dropbox or youtube). If you need to send a paper application (yes, that still exists), you can also include a short-url or a QR code.
Put your strengths video on skillster
You can also share your video on our portal and be found there directly by companies. Decisive are the professional criteria, the desired personality traits and a matching with the respective corporate culture. We advise you to become active at the same time and to apply for advertisements or speculative applications.
